Ashtanga Yoga Weekend Workshop With Bobbi Misiti
Learn the authentic form of Ashtanga Yoga in a comfortable environment. In this workshop you will learn the Ashtanga Yoga System with emphasis on correct breathing, linking breath and movement, learning how to individualize the poses to your needs and YOUR body, and how to develop focus in your practice putting more yoga into your yoga.

Ashtanga yoga is a form of yoga developed in Mysore, India by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, designed to detoxify and align the body-healing the body and relieving stress. It is preferred by those looking for a balanced program between exercises for the body, deep breathing techniques, and meditation for the mind. Ashtanga Yoga benefits body, heart, and mind.

BOBBI MISITI has studied Ashtanga Yoga extensively with Nancy Gilgoff and teaches as she has been taught in the classic method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Bobbi has been teaching yoga since 1997 and prior to that taught health, wellness and exercise since 1990.
