The Naked Mat
Developed by an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, Naked Mat is a traditionally woven, all natural cotton rug with a non-toxic latex surface underneath.
This mat has been developed for yoga practices that produce sweating; the cotton top eliminates the slipping that happens on a sticky mat and the undersurface provides a non-slip “grip” to the floor.
AND this mat was designed to be harmonious with nature—it is bio-degradable, when you are done with it-simply throw it in your compost pile.
