Workshop in Camp Hill, PA

Learn some of the skills and mechanics necessary in how to develop lightness in your practice. This workshop will help you find safe and low impact methods for jumping forward and back in Sun Salutes, picking up and jumping back in vinyasas and jumping through in vinyasas. We will also look at how to control jumping in standing poses…and why we do all this!
