- Brie - the small round 6.5 oz Goat Brie works nicely
- 2 tsp Honey
- <1 tsp brown coconut sugar
Preheat your broiler.
Cut the top rind off the round of brie and place in a small baking dish rindless side up.
Drizzle the honey over the brie and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Broil on top rack for about 2 minutes or until soft and melty.
Optional – You can top with pistachios as it is cooling.
This is delicious with cut veggies or good toasty sourdough bread.
