Dr. Kelly Brogan’s Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, winter squash, or 1 banana
  • 3 pastured eggs
  • 2 TBSP hemp seeds, flax seeds, or nut butter
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Melt coconut oil in a skillet and dollop silver dollar sized batter onto heated, oiled skillet. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form — they cook fast.
