Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, winter squash, or 1 banana
- 3 pastured eggs
- 2 TBSP hemp seeds, flax seeds, or nut butter
- Coconut oil
Instructions
Combine ingredients (except coconut oil) in a blender or nutribullet and blend briefly, until smooth. Melt coconut oil in a skillet and dollop silver dollar sized batter onto heated, oiled skillet. Cook over medium heat until bubbles form — they cook fast.
