- 1-2 heads if romaine lettuce cut in half lengthwise
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Asiago cheese
Cut 1-2 heads of romaine lettuce in half lengthwise. Drizzle each half with extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and a little minced garlic.
Put cut side down on a hot grill until they have a nice char.
Cut side down.
Sprinkle with Asiago cheese as soon as the lettuce comes off the grill while it is still hot so that the cheese gets melty. Enjoy.
