Homemade Echinacea Tea

Ingredients

  • 2-4 fresh or dried echinacea flowers and leaves
  • 8 oz. filtered water
  • Optional honey to taste

Instructions

Simmer 8 oz of water in a small pot over medium heat. 

Add the fresh or dried Echinacea (flowers and or leaves and stems).

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 

Strain tea into a mug and add honey if you like and enjoy the boost to your immune system.
