Peppermint Cloud Body Butter (great for summer time)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shea butter
  • 1/2 cup cocao butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup rosehip seed oit
  • 100 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 30 drops ylang ylang essential oil

Instructions

Melt butters by placing containers in hot water or over very low heat. Gently heat and stir until the butters liquify, add in coconut and rose hip seed oils. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to partially cool. You can refrigerate to speed up this process. Once the mixture has cooled and is beginning to solidify, add the essential oils and whip with a hand mixer or stand mixer until the body butter is fluffy. Once stiff peaks have formed, spoon into jars. This creates about one quart of whipped body butter.
