Sweet Potato Rosemary Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into thin fries
  • 1/2 stick grassfed butter, melted
  • 4 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 TBSP sea salt
  • 2 TBSP freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Place the fries in a bowl and drizzle them with the butter, coconut oil, rosemary, salt and pepper and mix until they are lightly coated.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Flip them (flip them only once, they seem to get better if you don’t flip them too often).  Depending on taste, bake another 5-20 minutes depending on how you like them.  (I like mine cooked longer.)
